PAYMENT TERMS & OPTIONS

Charges may be paid for by direct deposit (from a Bermuda Bank Only) or by credit/debit card (Master Card , Visa or AMEX).

Boat rental fee in full is due at time of reservation.

We require your credit/debit card information as a guarantee for pending charges at time of reservation, regardless of your preferred payment method.

All final balances including catering and bar will be charged to the credit/debit card on file the day of the charter unless otherwise agreed upon.

A 5% Administration Fee will be added to total costs (including but not limited to boat, add-ons, catering and bar charges).

For Payments via credit/debit card, a 4% Transaction Fee will be added to any and all credit/debit card transactions.
CANCELLATION POLICY
-
10% administration charge on total charter (including catering and specialty beverage orders) on any confirmed charter.

50% of the total charter price (including catering and specialty beverage orders) will be charged for less than 2 weeks notice.

100% of the charter price (including catering and specialty beverage orders) will be charged for less than 72 hours notice.

$100 rescheduling fee on any confirmed bookings; payment will be transferred to the rescheduled charter

Charters and/or Group Bookings cancelled due to weather, acts of God or circumstances beyond Island Tour Centre’s control, will be rescheduled or are subject to a full refund less a 10% administration charge (of total charter costs); Catering costs may be charged in full dependent on cancellation window and caterers decision at time of cancellation

Where Does The Tour Depart From?
Depending on which pick up location you selected, our tours may leave from the following locations. You only need to look out for the pretty blue boat:
Dockyard: at the Island Tour Center
Hamilton: at the Island Tour Center
* We are able to pick up to different locations, just contact us so we can organize it with you
What Happens In Case of Bad Weather?
In case of severe weather (heavy rain or thunder) the captain will make a decision prior to the cruise to go out or not and we will notify you. If we cancel due to weather guests will have the option to come out on an alternative date or have a refund.
What Is Included?
Depending on which charter you choose, there will be different items included in your experience. Have a look at our Tours page and click on “book now” to see the specifications.
In all our tours we include: Water, orange & pineapple juice, snorkel, mask, fins, swim-noodles, stand up paddle board, bean bags, hammock. All you need to bring is a towel and bathing suit!

Is There a Bathroom Onboard?
Yes, there are bathroom facilities onboard!

Can people with disabilities come onboard?
Native spirit is not wheelchair accessible (as all monohull sailboats), and it can be challenging to move around for large people.
However, we will do our best to accommodate any special requests. Please contact us directly if you think you may need extra assistance.
Where Does The Tour Go?
There are multiple spots that we rotate between depending on wind direction and which one is less crowded. Having many options, let us know what kind of experience you would prefer and we will select the appropriate location. All spots are approximately 45 mins to 1 hour sail from your selected pick-up.

Is There Safety Equipment Onboard?
Yes, the Native Spirit is equipped with all of safety equipment required by Bermuda Marine & Ports authorities and more. The boat has US Coast Guard Type 1 life vests for all passengers, Lifebuoys, AED, first-aid kit, and all other equipment required by Bermuda Marine & Ports (flares, fire extinguisher, VHF Radio, etc). We also provide snorkel vests and child floatation equipment, and all crew are CPR & First Aid Certified.
